Production Shift Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities:
- Assure permanent safety, quality and improvement of the production line;
*- anage and lead a production team on a 4-shift rotation;
- Deliver multiple short and long-term solutions designed to manage the change processes and meet business targets.

Your profile:
- University degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong asset;
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience with a high potential for career development;
- Business and analytical approach to problem solving;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels;
- Fluency in French and English, any other language would be appreciated;
- A team player, self-motivated, energetic and result oriented.

Business Controller / Analyst (m/f)
 
In this position, you will be working in a finance/IT team. You will have an active role in the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Sales support: Respond to quotes quickly and accurately.
- Operations support: Costs and profitability analysis for Plant management.
- Accounting: Deferred tax, Inventory costing/management.
- Costing & Business support.
- Management and Financial Reporting.
- General accounting (for monthly closing purpose).
- Financial forecasting/modeling.
- Credit Management.
 
Your profile:
- You hold a university degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.
- You have minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar position or within a big 4.
- You are fluent in French & English and ideally speak an additional language.
- You are proficient with windows functionalities, familiar with an ERP.
- You are rigorous, have strong analytical skills combined with acute business approach.
- Willing to become a team leader.
- You are reliable, result oriented.
